Positives : App experience was amazing. Tons of payment options to pick from. App was very intuitive. Negatives: The customer service is non existent. You cut a ticket with them, you can be sure that you won't get any response. But they will create a ticket for same sake. I am an international customer and I made the booking from united states. I made booking for IST time but it booked in PST. What a badly made product!! Now I had to spend 200 more to reschedule. Pure BS!!

I've used this app for several occasions, and it's been quite a mixed experience. The UI is sleek and user-friendly, making booking a breeze. Keyless entry is a game-changer, saving time and hassle. However, the variety of cars could be improved; sometimes, options feel limited. Affordability is hit or miss depending on demand, but generally reasonable. Doorstep delivery is convenient, but I've had a couple of instances where timing was off. Overall, it's a handy service.
